Article 1 (Disclosure of this Policy)
The Company makes this Policy publicly available on the homepage’s main screen or on a screen linked to the main screen, so that users can easily review it at any time.

Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Collected)
In order to provide consultation services via online inquiries, the Company collects the following personal information: Items Collected: Email address and Telephone number.

Article 3 (Purpose of Use of Personal Information)
The Company shall not disclose users’ personal information without prior consent and collect personal information solely to facilitate smooth customer consultations and provide various services. All information is used exclusively for the purposes stated above; should there be any changes to the scope, purpose, or use of the collected information, the Company will obtain prior consent.

In principle, once the purposes for which personal information was collected have been fulfilled, the information will be destroyed without delay. The Company handles users’ valuable personal information securely and destroys it using the following methods to prevent leakage:
Personal information in paper form is shredded using a shredder or incinerated.
Personal information stored electronically is deleted using technical methods that render the records unrecoverable.
